This alarm box has a manual/combined valve for the manual release of two disposable CO2 bottles. For SHE events, the first bottle is released for the OPEN function, the second one for the CLOSE function. Since the OPEN side is exhausted automatically, the CLOSE function can be released immediately after releasing the OPEN function.
The valve is located behind a glass sheet that is to be smashed in the event of an alarm. The box itself is made of aluminium profile with sheet steel covers and complies with VdS specifications.
The box is connected with bulkhead fittings for OD 6 mm pipe, but also available for 8 mm pipes.
